Dr. Sarah Fraser founded Coast Gender Affirming Care (C-GAC) in February, 2024. She provides gender affirming care for adults such as hormonal therapy and surgical referrals. Dr. Fraser works with her team to reduce barriers and improve access to care for trans and gender diverse people across Mi’kma’ki (Nova Scotia). Services are offered in English, French and Ukrainian.
